Introduction and Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions (hereinafter "the Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (hereinafter "the Player", "you", or "your") and tk33 (hereinafter "tk33", "we", "us", or "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the tk33 website at https://tk33.bar and all associated services, including but not limited to sports betting, live casino games, slot games, fishing games, and any other interactive entertainment products made available through the Platform.

By registering an account, accessing the Platform, or placing any wager or bet through tk33, you confirm that you have read, fully understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

These Terms apply to all players who access tk33 from Bangladesh, including residents of Dhaka, Chittagong, Sylhet, Khulna, Rajshahi, Barisal, Rangpur, Mymensingh, and all other districts and divisions of Bangladesh. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of the Platform complies with any applicable laws in your jurisdiction.

Eligibility and Registration

To register and maintain an active account on tk33, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. tk33 strictly enforces this minimum age requirement and does not permit any individual under the age of 21 to register, deposit funds, or participate in any game or betting market on the Platform.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, partnership, or other legal entity) accessing the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list, whether maintained by tk33 or any third-party responsible gambling organisation.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during the registration process and keep that information current at all times.

tk33 reserves the right to require identity verification at any stage of the registration process or at any point during your use of the Platform. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the timeframe stipulated by tk33 may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals until verification is complete.

Each player is permitted to hold one single account on tk33. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual, whether under the same name or different identities, constitutes a material breach of these Terms. tk33 will close all duplicate accounts upon detection and may permanently ban the player from the Platform.

Account Responsibilities

You are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your tk33 account. This includes all bets placed, all deposits made, and all withdrawals requested through your account, regardless of whether those actions were authorised by you.

You must keep your username and password strictly confidential and must not disclose your login credentials to any other person. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify tk33 support immediately by contacting us at the email address listed in Section 14 of these Terms. tk33 will not be liable for any losses you incur as a result of your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.

You must ensure that your account details — including your registered name, date of birth, email address, and payment method information — remain accurate and up to date. Any changes to your personal information must be communicated to tk33 support promptly. tk33 reserves the right to freeze account withdrawals pending re-verification whenever material changes to account information are detected.

tk33 accounts are for personal use only. You may not transfer, sell, assign, or otherwise make your account available to any other person. Bets placed on behalf of third parties are not permitted under any circumstances.

Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on tk33 are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). The following transaction limits apply as standard, though tk33 may adjust these limits for individual accounts at its sole discretion:

• Minimum deposit: ৳200
• Maximum single deposit: Subject to the limits of your chosen payment method.
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500
• Maximum withdrawal per transaction: ৳200,000 (subject to verification status and payment method limits).

tk33 supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, BRAC Bank transfer, City Bank transfer, Islami Bank transfer, Sonali Bank transfer, and Dutch-Bangla Bank transfer. International card payments via Visa and Mastercard may also be available subject to your card issuer's policies.

Deposits via mobile banking platforms (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay) are typically credited to your tk33 account within minutes of confirmation. Bank transfer deposits may take one to three business days to process depending on the sending institution.

Withdrawal requests are processed by tk33 within 24 to 72 hours of submission, subject to any outstanding identity verification requirements. tk33 will always attempt to process withdrawals to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit. If that is not possible, tk33 will contact you to arrange an alternative method.

tk33 reserves the right to delay or withhold any withdrawal pending satisfactory completion of identity and source-of-funds verification. This is a standard anti-money laundering (AML) measure applied consistently to all players and is not indicative of any wrongdoing on the part of the player.

Bonuses and Promotions

tk33 offers various promotional bonuses to eligible players from time to time, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, the BPL cricket season, or the IPL. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions communicated at the time of each offer, which shall form part of these Terms by reference.

The following general rules apply to all bonuses unless a specific promotion's terms expressly state otherwise:

• Bonuses are credited to your account as bonus funds, not as withdrawable cash, until all applicable wagering requirements have been met.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the time period specified in the promotion terms. Uncompleted wagering requirements will result in the forfeiture of the remaining bonus funds and any associated winnings.
• Only one bonus may be active in your account at any given time unless the promotion terms explicitly permit otherwise.
• Bonus funds may only be used on eligible games as specified in the promotion terms. Wagering on excluded games will not contribute to bonus completion requirements.
• tk33 reserves the right to modify, withdraw, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any such modification does not retrospectively affect bonuses already accepted and in progress by a player.
• Any attempt to abuse or exploit bonus offers — including but not limited to the creation of multiple accounts, colluding with other players, or placing offsetting bets to eliminate wagering risk — will result in the immediate forfeiture of the bonus and all associated winnings, and may result in permanent account closure.

tk33 does not guarantee the availability of any specific bonus or promotion at any given time. Promotion availability may vary depending on the player's account status, deposit history, and geographic location within Bangladesh.

Betting and Gaming Rules

All bets placed on the tk33 platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to each game or betting market. These rules are accessible within each game or market interface and are incorporated into these Terms by reference. In the event of any conflict between the general provisions of these Terms and the specific rules of a game or market, the specific game or market rules shall prevail with respect to that game or market only.

The following general betting rules apply across all products on tk33:

• A bet is only valid and binding once it has been confirmed by tk33's system and a confirmation reference has been issued. Bets that have not received a system confirmation are not binding on tk33.
• tk33 reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that were the result of a manifest error, a technical malfunction, or a data feed error. In such cases, the stake of the voided bet will be returned to the player's account.
• In-play (live) betting markets are subject to suspension and re-opening at tk33's discretion during the course of an event. Bets already accepted and confirmed prior to suspension will stand unless the event is subsequently cancelled or abandoned in circumstances that trigger a void under the applicable market rules.
• Winnings from casino games and slots are determined solely by the certified RNG (Random Number Generator) systems of the respective game studios. tk33 does not manipulate or influence game outcomes in any way.
• Maximum bet and maximum win limits apply to specific markets and games. These limits are displayed within the relevant game or market interface. tk33 reserves the right to limit the stakes of any player at any time without prior notice.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on tk33 and constitute a material breach of these Terms. Any player found to have engaged in any prohibited activity will have their account suspended and permanently closed, and all funds held in the account may be forfeited:

• Creating more than one account on tk33, whether under the same identity or a different identity.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or any subsequent verification process.
• Using software tools, bots, scripts, or any automated system to place bets, interact with games, or otherwise access the Platform in a manner not intended for genuine human players.
• Exploiting errors, bugs, or technical malfunctions in the Platform's software, and retaining winnings derived from such exploitation.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated betting activity designed to manipulate the outcome of events or games.
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal activity through the tk33 platform.
• Accessing the Platform using a VPN, proxy, or other technical means to circumvent geographic restrictions or account-level restrictions imposed by tk33.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing tk33 staff, support agents, or other players in any communication channel.

tk33 employs active monitoring systems to detect prohibited activities. All suspicious activity is reviewed by tk33's risk and compliance team, and where necessary, reported to the relevant authorities in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering and fraud prevention obligations.

Intellectual Property

All content on the tk33 platform — including but not limited to the website design, layout, graphics, logos, text, software, game interfaces, and the "tk33" brand name — is the intellectual property of tk33 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works based on any content found on tk33 without the express prior written consent of tk33.

Game content provided by third-party studios such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi remains the intellectual property of those respective studios and is used by tk33 under valid commercial licence agreements.

Limitation of Liability

tk33 may suspend or terminate your account and these Terms at any time if you breach any provision of these Terms, if we are required to do so by law or regulation, or if we determine in our sole discretion that continuation of your account is no longer appropriate. Upon termination, any outstanding bonus funds will be forfeited. Real-money balances in good standing will be returned to you by your preferred withdrawal method within the standard processing timeframe, subject to satisfactory completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

You may also close your account at any time by contacting tk33 support. Account closure requests submitted by players in good standing will be processed within five business days. Any pending withdrawal requests at the time of account closure will continue to be processed in the normal course.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are drafted in English. In the event of any ambiguity or inconsistency arising from a translation of these Terms into any other language, the English-language version shall prevail in all respects.

tk33 operates as an international online entertainment platform. It is the sole responsibility of each player to determine whether access to and use of online betting and casino services is lawful in their personal jurisdiction. tk33 makes no representation that the services it provides are appropriate, available, or lawful in all locations.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the player and tk33 shall be referred to binding arbitration. The language of the arbitration shall be English. The arbitration shall be conducted in a forum agreed between the parties or, in the absence of agreement, as determined by tk33 in its reasonable discretion.

Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking urgent interim or injunctive relief from a court of competent jurisdiction pending the outcome of arbitration proceedings.
